- Why flat pricing instead of per-seat?
- Because per-seat pricing punishes you for inviting your client — the exact person this tool exists for. Reporters and guests are unlimited on every plan, forever. Pro includes 5 team members flatly, and only charges $5/member past that.
- Will you ever cap sites on a paid plan?
- No. Agencies live and die by site count, and tools that meter it get replaced. Pro is unlimited sites at $39/mo flat.
- Is the API or MCP server ever paywalled?
- No. The REST API, MCP server, and console/network logs are available on Free and stay available on every plan. Developer access is the point of the product, not an upsell.
- What does “fair use” AI mean, exactly?
- Free: 30 requests a month, each with full AI enrichment, interviews capped at 20 turns per session. Pro: unlimited requests; past 1,000 AI enrichments a month per workspace, new ones queue at lower priority — they are never blocked. Abuse is handled by spam detection, not caps.
- What happens when I hit the Free request limit?
- New requests still land — they queue without AI enrichment until the month rolls over or you upgrade. We don’t drop your client’s report on the floor.
